Acceptable Use Policy
Our service is for personal accounts on supported Platforms only, ordered by the person who owns them. We refuse any order that breaks this policy and keep a record of the refusal.
What "personal use" means
An account is personal if it belongs to one individual and is not used to sell, advertise or promote anything for money. We treat an order as commercial, and refuse it, if the account:
- belongs to or represents a business, brand, shop, organisation, agency or public campaign;
- sells products or services, or links to a shop, booking page or paid content;
- earns money from sponsored posts, brand deals, affiliate links, subscriptions or creator payouts, or is offered to brands for paid collaborations;
- is a "creator" or "business" account whose bio, links or posts show any of the above; or
- is being grown to sell, rent or transfer the account.
By ordering, you confirm that you will not use the result of an order to show a business, brand, sponsor or customer that you have more influence than you do.
Your own account only
You may order only for an account you personally own and control. Do not order for a friend's, partner's, employer's or anyone else's account, even as a gift.
Content
We do not take orders for accounts or posts that include illegal content, hate, harassment, sexual content, content involving minors, scams, gambling, weapons, drugs, financial or health claims, or political or election content, or that break the Platform's rules.
Honesty
Do not use our service to mislead anyone about an account's popularity for a commercial purpose, to pass off bought followers, likes or views as organic growth in a sales or sponsorship pitch, or to post or arrange fake reviews of any business or product.
What we never do, and what you must not ask for
We never ask for passwords or login codes, never log in to your account, and never offer ways to avoid any Platform's limits or detection. Do not send us login details or ask for any of these.
How we check
We do not verify identity or account ownership, and we never log in. We do not review every order, but we check public profiles from time to time. If we see any of these signs, we refuse or stop the order:
- the Platform labels it a business or creator account, or shows a category label (such as "Shop", "Brand" or "Artist");
- it earns money from the Platform itself, such as ad revenue sharing, creator funds or rewards, paid memberships or subscriptions, tips, live gifts, or an in-app shop;
- it has contact, booking, shop or donate buttons, or product tags;
- the bio or links point to a shop, booking page, paid content, affiliate codes, a brand-deal email or a media kit;
- posts are marked as paid partnerships or include promo codes;
- the name or bio indicates a company, organisation or campaign; or
- anything suggests the account is not yours.
If an order breaks this policy before it starts, we refund it in full. If we find a breach while it runs, we stop the order and refund the share not delivered.
