We want you to be satisfied with your order. This policy explains when refunds and refills apply.
30-day refill
If the followers or likes you ordered drop below the delivered amount within 30 days, we will refill the difference for free. Contact support@instahype.us with your order email and link.
When you can get a refund
- We could not start your order (e.g. a technical issue on our side).
- Your order was not delivered within a reasonable time and a refill is not possible.
- You request cancellation before delivery has begun.
Eligible refund requests can be made within 14 days of purchase.
When refunds are not available
- The order was delivered as described.
- You provided an incorrect username/link, or set the profile/post to private during delivery.
- Drops caused by your own actions or by platform changes beyond the 30-day refill window.
How to request
Email support@instahype.us with your order email, the link/username, and a short description. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
