Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any order while it is being delivered and get back the share of the price for the amount not yet delivered; if delivery has not started, you get everything back. These rules apply to all customers. UK and EU customers also have the statutory rights in the box below, which these rules meet or exceed.

1. Before delivery starts

Cancel at any time before delivery starts and we refund 100% of the price.

2. While your order is being delivered

Cancel at any time and we refund the share of the price for the amount not yet delivered, using our partner's delivery count at the moment we receive your cancellation.

Example: an order of about 1,000 followers costs $49. You cancel when 400 have been delivered. We refund 600/1,000 of the price, which is $29.40.

When you cancel, we tell our partner to stop as soon as we can. A few follows or likes may still arrive after that. You pay only for what was delivered before your cancellation reached us; anything that arrives after that is free, and we cannot remove it.

For products that run over a set period, such as likes on new posts for 30 days, we refund the share of the period not yet run.

3. After delivery is complete

Once at least 95% of the amount has been delivered, the order is complete and the price is not refundable, except under section 4 or where the law gives you a right to a remedy.

4. When we refund you in full or in part anyway

  • We could not start delivery within 3 days of your payment: full refund.
  • We did not deliver the amount within the maximum delivery time shown at checkout: we stop the order and refund the share not delivered. If you would rather we carried on, reply to our email and we will restart delivery.
  • We stopped the order because of a problem on our side: refund for the share not delivered.

We do not offer "refills" or replace followers who unfollow.

5. How refunds are paid

We refund to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your cancellation, with no fee. If you paid in cryptocurrency, we refund the US dollar amount in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you give us. Your bank or wallet may take a few more days to show it.

6. How to cancel

  • Use the Withdraw from contract here link on your order page or in your order confirmation email, then press Confirm withdrawal; or
  • email support@instahype.us with your order number; or
  • send us the model cancellation form below.

We confirm every cancellation by email, with the date and time we received it.

7. Your statutory rights in the UK and EU

Your right to cancel (UK and EU consumers). You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day the contract is made, which is when we email your order confirmation.

To cancel, tell us clearly before the 14 days end, using the withdrawal link, by email, or with the model form. You do not have to use the form.

If you asked us to start within the 14 days. At checkout you ask us to start delivery straight away. If you do, and you cancel during the 14 days, you pay only for the amount delivered before you told us, in proportion to the full amount ordered, and we refund the rest. You lose the right to cancel once the order has been fully delivered, but only if you asked us to start early and confirmed you understood this.

Refunds. We refund all payments due to you without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the payment method you used, with no fee.

Legal basis: UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regs 29, 34 and 36; EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Arts. 9, 11a, 13, 14 and 16.

8. Payment disputes

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first, as we can usually refund faster than a payment dispute. You keep the right to dispute a payment with your card issuer or payment provider at any time.
