We do not receive the names of the accounts that follow or like on your order. To check our partner's delivery, we may place our own test orders to accounts we control and keep those records for 3 years.
We never ask for or store your password for any Platform. We do not sell your personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or make decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Who we share it with
- Our delivery partner, a third-party company that may be located outside the UK and EU, which receives only your Platform username or the channel, post or video link and the order details, to show your profile or post during delivery.
- Our third-party payment processors, which process your payment under their own privacy terms.
- Service providers for hosting, email and customer support, under contract and only on our instructions.
- Authorities, courts or professional advisers where the law requires it or to defend legal claims.
Anyone who sees your profile during delivery sees only what is already public on the Platform.
International transfers
Our team works from Moldova, and some providers are outside the UK and EU. Where your data goes to a country without a UK or EU adequacy decision, we protect it with the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Ask us for a copy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time. We reply within one month. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the data protection authority where you live in the EU.
US residents
You can ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it, using support@instahype.us. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Age
Our service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We will post any update here and tell customers with an open order about significant changes.
