Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of InstaHype (instahype.us), operated by HEXRATE LTD. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

InstaHype provides social-media marketing services that add engagement (followers, likes, views, comments) to public Instagram profiles and posts you specify. We require only your public username or a public post URL and an email address — never your password or login credentials.

2. Eligibility & your responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
  • You must own, or be authorised to manage, the account/posts you submit.
  • Your profile or post must be public for the duration of delivery.
  • You are responsible for providing the correct username/link; orders sent to the wrong target cannot be refunded.

3. Delivery

Orders typically begin shortly after payment is confirmed. Delivery speed depends on the service and quantity; larger orders are paced over time. Estimated times are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Independence from Instagram / Meta

InstaHype is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of third-party engagement services may be contrary to Instagram's own terms; you use the service at your own discretion and risk.

5. Payments

Prices are shown in USD and processed by our payment provider (PayOp). We do not see or store your full card details. You authorise us to charge the amount shown at checkout.

6. Refills & refunds

Eligible orders include a 30-day refill if counts drop. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, or accounts you do not control. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEXRATE LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by Instagram/Meta against your account.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom.
