Terms of Service

1. Who we are

instahype.us is run by HEXRATE LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16665404, registered office 38 Princess Park Manor, Royal Drive, London N11 3FL, United Kingdom. Contact: support@instahype.us. In these Terms, "we" and "us" mean HEXRATE LTD and "you" means the person placing an order.

2. What we sell

We sell approximate amounts of followers, subscribers or likes for a personal account on a supported social media platform (a "Platform"). The Platforms we currently support are listed on our Supported Platforms page. Each order is delivered through a third-party partner.

You order an approximate amount, for example about 1,000 followers. Our partner keeps delivering until about that many have followed. The time this takes varies. Each order has a maximum delivery time of 30 days from the start, shown at checkout. If we have not delivered the amount within that time, we refund the share not delivered. We treat an order as delivered once at least 95% of the amount has arrived, because some followers unfollow while delivery is running.

We do not promise that followers will like, comment on or otherwise interact with your content. Some followers may unfollow, or be removed by the Platform, over time, and we do not replace them. Some accounts may have no profile picture or posts. We record your follower count when delivery starts: we can see how many followers you gain, not who each follower is.

Order sizes are capped at a level that fits a personal account: at most 20,000 followers or 20,000 likes per order, and at most 20,000 followers and 20,000 likes per account in any rolling 30 days. Some products run over a set period, for example likes on your new posts for 30 days. These are paid once, in advance, and never renew. Views are not currently offered.

Likes on new posts for 30 days covers up to 4 new posts a day on the account you chose. Posts beyond that, and posts published before the start or after the 30 days, are not covered.

We do not write comments, we never ask for your password on any Platform, and we never log in to your account.

3. Who can order

You must be at least 18 and must order only for a Platform account that you personally own and use. Our services are for entertainment and personal vanity purposes only. They are not offered for business or commercial use, including use by businesses, brands or influencers, as defined in our Acceptable Use Policy. We refuse orders that appear to be for a business, brand, influencer or commercial purpose, and we keep a record of each refusal.

We do not verify your identity or that you own the account. We rely on your confirmation at checkout. We do not review every order, but we may check public profiles from time to time. If a profile shows signs that it is a business, creator or commercial account, or that it is not yours, we refuse or cancel the order and refund you under our Refund Policy.

4. Your order and our contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract starts when we email your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order before delivery starts, for example if it breaks the Acceptable Use Policy, and we then refund you in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include any taxes we must charge. There are no recurring charges. Each order is a single payment, and we never charge you again without a new order from you.

We accept only the payment methods shown at checkout for your order.

You confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you pay with.

5. Starting delivery and your right to cancel

If you live in the UK or the EU you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. If you ask us to start delivery straight away, and accept that you lose the right to cancel once the order is fully delivered, you can still cancel while delivery is running and get back the share of the price for the amount not yet delivered. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out how this works. Customers outside the UK and EU get the same cancellation terms.

6. Your account must be public

Delivery needs your profile or chosen post to be public throughout. If you make it private, rename it or delete the post, delivery pauses. If it stays unavailable for 48 hours, we end the order and refund the share not delivered under the Refund Policy.

Delivery can be delayed by changes or outages at the Platform or at our delivery partner. If we cannot resume delivery within 14 days, we end the order and refund the share not delivered.

7. Platform rules and risks you accept

No Platform is connected with us or has approved our service. Each Platform has its own rules against artificial or paid engagement, linked on our Supported Platforms page, and may treat any paid engagement as breaking them. A Platform may remove followers, subscribers, likes, comments or views, limit your reach, stop paying you, or restrict or close your account. We cannot prevent this and are not responsible for a Platform's decisions. Please read the Platform's own rules and decide for yourself before ordering.

Where a Platform's rules are stricter than ours, its rules still apply to your account.

Followers can unfollow at any time. We do not replace followers who leave.

8. What you must not do

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: personal accounts only, your own account only, no content that breaks the law or the Platform's rules, and no use of our service to mislead anyone about a business, product or paid influence.

The text, design and logos on our website belong to us or our licensors. You may view them for your own use but not copy or reuse them.

9. Our responsibility to you

We will deliver your order with reasonable care and skill and as described. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights, including your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the consumer law of your country.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for losses caused by a Platform's actions, or for business losses (you may use our service for personal purposes only). Otherwise, our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. We do not exclude liability where the law says we cannot, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Problems and complaints

Please contact support@instahype.us first. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Contacting us does not affect your right to dispute a payment with your card issuer or payment provider. If you dispute a payment with your card issuer or payment provider instead of contacting us, we may refuse future orders from you.

11. Suspending orders

If we reasonably believe an order breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, we may stop the order. If the breach is yours, we refund the share not delivered unless the law allows us to keep it. If the problem is ours, we refund in full.

12. Your data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal data.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version shown at checkout applies to your order. Changes apply only to orders placed after the change.

14. Law and courts

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
